Did some baking with the girls again and they picked out pink icing (of course!!). I would have thought that cherry chip cupcakes with cherry icing would have been good. I tried making it with a soda again and the cupcakes were very moist. The cherry icing was very medicinal like cough medicine. But the girls liked them because they were pink. I am amazed how moist the cupcakes are with no oil and just the soda.
