Ruffle Material Valentine's Shirt

Ruffle Material Valentine's Shirt

I just love how these turned out.  And best of all, they were free (I already had everything I needed on hand).

Supplies
  • Ruffle Fabric
  • Turtleneck
  • Heat n Bond (sewable)
  • Sewing machine (optional)
Time
  • 15 minutes
I took some of the ruffle fabric that I had from the skirts I made a few months ago and cut it into a heart shape.  I then applied the sewable Heat n Bond to stiffen it and ironed it onto the shirt.  I sewed around the edges for extra security.  I think I wouldn't of had to if I used the extra hold heat n bond but I don't like to have to worry about drying the girls shirts so sewing makes sure I can be a little rougher with it.

I think they will look so cute with the skirts.
