Imitation = Flattery: Flutter Flower Shirt

This is one of the first re-fashions that I did and wear it all the time.  I honestly don't remember where I originally got the idea from but just came across this cute blog so thought I would post a tutorial of how it can be made.

It is super easy and comes out really cute.  I used a satin instead of knit to add a little shimmer.
