Bisquick

Wow, why didn't I find out earlier all the super simple dinner recipes that you can use it for?  My kids LOVE them.  Previously, I only used it for pancakes and waffles -- but not anymore.

Last night I made Easy Sloppy Joe Bake.  The kids asked for seconds - that almost never happens.  Another staple in my house is the Impossibly Easy Taco Pie.  You know when both of them have the word Easy in the recipe, mommy is happy.  I'm definitely going to be trying some more recipes from the Bisquick website.

Anyone else have some great Bisquick dinner recipes?
