- 2 cups canned chickpeas, drained (save some of the liquid)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 TBS fresh lemon juice (2 lemons)
- 8 dashes Tabasco
- 1/5 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 TBS water or chickpea liquid
I will typically add more liquid until I like the consistency
I love hommouss.. and living in dubai.. we sure gets lots of it..
