Puppy Dog Shirts

My cousin is pregnant and having a baby boy.  I'm so excited.  I recently sent them a box of goodies since they live in Virginia and I probably won't be able to meet Henry right away.  Henry is a great name, right?  Isn't it adorable how all the classic names are coming back?  My cousin has a Labrador and has grown up with labs so I thought I would make a puppy dog applique onesie.  It turned out so cute.

I also made a dachshund for a sweet friend of mine who is also having a baby boy this summer.

Having just girls, I always struggle with cute things to make for little boys.  This is now my "go to" for any dog lovers.

  1. VERY CUTE!!!! Did you make the dogs with a clipart cutout, fabric and heat-bond (???) or how did you make them? My daughter would go crazy for one of these (we have 3 dogs!) If you used clipart, where did you find your images?

  2. I just used Google Images to find a silhouette that I liked. I did use the light weight hat n bond and then sewed around it.
